Terms of Service:
You may not abuse, edit, reproduce, or sell my artwork. The final, full-resolution version will still retain my signature.
All artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless I give written permission for otherwise.
I have the right to post any commissioned artwork on deviantart or my website, but I will request permission to sell prints of any commissioned artwork.
Please be patient about the length of time required to complete the commission.

Payment:
Paypal is preferred, but I will consider cash or check in registered mail or deviantDollars.
US currency only.
I require at least half the payment before I begin. The remainder must be paid before I begin coloring and/or before I send you the high resolution un-watermarked artwork.
You will not be refunded once payment has been secured and I have started on the piece unless I am the one canceling the commission. You will be provided with WIPs along the way and must make changes before I have finalized the piece.

Restrictions:
I will draw anything that does not contain:
Rated R+ concepts (ex. overly pornographic or violent things)
I have difficulty drawing:
mecha: machines/robots/vehicles
super muscled, obese, or wrinkly people
full-blown, complicated backgrounds.

Process:
To commission, note me with the following information:
- Your email:
- Do you agree to the Terms of Service? Yes/No
- Type of Commission: (ex. pencil-sketch, couple waist-up, with background)
- Cost of commission: $
- Method of Payment: Paypal/DeviantDollars/Cash
- Style: (link to an artwork by me that uses a style you would like to be used for the commission)
- Description of Character(s) + visual references: (at least 1 visual reference required)
- Suggestions: (for anything such as poses, expression, colors; but not guaranteed to be completely followed)
If I accept your commission, I will reply with payment details.
Send the designated payment with you DA name included somewhere so that I know.
I will send WIPs along the way for you to request any changes.
If you did not pay in full upfront you will be requested to pay the remainder at about this time.
Once the image has been finalized I will send you a hi-res version of the image to your email.

2. Detail Sketches

Clean, detail shaded sketch drawn with pencil on regular white paper. Includes a very light touch up with photoshop to clean up the scanned image. Commissioner may request the sketch to be overlayed with color(s) and/or have a parchment textured background.

3. Digitized Sketches

Sketches cleaned up and strategically blurred with Photoshop. Colored by computer either monotone or with multiple colors. Heavily accented with the dodge tool.

4. Digital Experimentals

A very quick, 30-60 minute, colored CG. This option is a bit of a gamble; you could receive a bust, waistup, or fullbody picture of the character. However, all pictures will be done on a canvas of max size 600px by 600px. As this is an experimental, it will not necessarily be drawn or colored in the same style of any previously done experimentals. This type of commission is very cheap, but also a mystery!
